Olympic Villas is a 75-unit residential building that is currently under construction in the heart of Merritt, British Columbia.

It offers up to 10 different types of units to cover a diverse range of demographics. The diversification of tenants adds to richer building culture and one that is flexible to the needs of the community in which it is located.

Additionally, the unit types range from bachelor suites to larger 3-bedroom units which means that the tenants do not have to move out of the building and can move into bigger/smaller units within the building should their family circumstances change. The building also includes barrier-free units.
