Building Exterior & Interior Renovation

 

We were tasked to renovate the exterior of this existing building, constructed more than a century ago, in 1915. How shall we give a contemporary look to an existing facade while remaining respectful to its original design and ensure the cost of renovations will still justify keeping the building and not replacing it with a new building, given the existing building has not been registered as historic or documented features that can convey cultural heritage significance.
