One of the most successful restaurants we have had the pleasure of working on with the owner as a collaborative effort is Sakura Sushi. It consists of a large dining area with a high ceiling and a kitchen in the back with a second-floor housing the office. We also created a mezzanine level over the kitchen to accommodate the manager room, admin area and staff amenities.

It is home to high-quality service and a variety of authentic sushi and other Japanese dishes. Similar to most successful restaurants, it was key to ensure that not only it has an efficient layout and operation but also provides a unique atmosphere.

This atmosphere is created through the orchestration of traditional Japanese curtains, cultural artefacts and a wall of origami cranes all working together to further the experience of guests.
