Farhad Mortezaee

Architect, AAA, OAA, AIBC, FRAIC, Principal

Farhad Mortezaee is a registered architect in Alberta, British Columbia, and   Ontario with more than Twenty-two years of full-time experience in architectural design and design project management. Farhad holds a master’s degree in architecture and a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Architectural Studies. Farhad founded FarMor Architecture 11 years ago and he is committed to delivering client-focused design services for commercial and residential building projects. He proudly served our community of practice for three years at the Alberta Association of Architects Council. For the last three years, he has volunteered with the City of Calgary’s Planning Commission. Farhad mentors newly arrived internationally trained architects to help them enter our profession. He is a sessional instructor at SAPL, University of Calgary. In his spare time, Farhad does research on how to contribute to sustainable international development through capacity building and empowering fellow practitioners.
